I work from a biopsychosocial approach, individualising treatment with a combination of Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also teach biofeedback and mindfulness strategies.
Treatment sessions are generally 50mins and the number of sessions you will need to attend will depend on your presenting issue and progress in treatment. Coming to the first session can be nerve-wracking, especially if you have never seen a psychologist before, but I promise I don't bite!
